Welcome to Your

Profound Peace

I didn’t arrive here

by accident. I made

a choice.

I hold a Master’s in Nutrition Science, a Bachelor’s in Dietetics, and have spent more than 9 years helping women build an approach to eating rooted in profound peace.

Over the years, I became a certified personal trainer, a certified nutrition coach, and a certified yoga teacher. Then I finished my advanced nutrition degrees at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia.

I learned that understanding nutrition requires nuance, applying evidence-based science requires empathy, and your internal voice creates lasting results.

I have witnessed firsthand how power actually moves and how diet culture teaches women to stay small, unnoticed, and silent.

The lens in which I see nutrition today is completely different from how it looked when I first began practicing healthy eating habits 12 years ago. From my earliest memories, diet culture was defining what health meant for a woman: the workout videos, the shakes, the diet foods, the magazines, the obsessions.

I quickly understood that a path that requires diminishing who you are is not a path worth pursuing.

WHAT I BELIEVE

  • Women deserve peace with how they eat, treating food as a joyful experience they have absolute confidence in and autonomy over.

  • Women deserve clarity through practical, evidence-based nutrition that dissipates the confusion online nonsense perpetuates and profits from.

  • Women deserve their mental bandwidth back, free to use at their own discretion, instead of spending a lifetime thinking about their waist size or whether the number on the scale reflects their health.

WHAT IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU

  1. You can create an evidence-based approach to food that improves your long-term health and reduces your risk of chronic disease.

  2. You can also eat in a way that is fully on your terms, with compassion, and free from noise, guilt, or overwhelm.

BEYOND THE SCIENCE

Personally, I am a dog mom in my 30s, married, and originally from Cleveland, Ohio. I moved to Athens, Georgia, in 2020, where you can usually find me outside, taking neighborhood walks, and visiting the local Athens Farmer’s Market.

I coach women who made the same decision I made. I am here to guide you to a sustainable approach to nutrition rooted in profound peace, where you are the sole authority on what you eat.
